Covid Vaccination Update Feb 2021
The national vaccination programme is being offered according to government defined categories.
From 24 Feb when it is your turn to have the vaccine we will send you a message by text which will allow you to book your appointment using the link provided. This will allow you to access the appointment calendar and book an appropriate time and date from those offered. Vaccinations are taking place at Chiswick Health Centre. When your appointment is confirmed please arrive on time. Please do not arrive early as entry is organised by appointment time.
It is essential you keep your contact details with the surgery up to date or this may delay your vaccination offer. If you have changed your details recently contact us so we can update your number.
