All appointments are telephone consultations. Following this, if the doctor believes you need to be seen face to face they will arrange this at the end of the phone call.
eConsult is a new online system for accessing a variety of services we can offer without you having to come to the surgery. Click on the banner to begin accessing the support you require.

New Prescribing policy:
Following consultation the Hounslow CCG has changed their prescribing policy in order to reduce the number of prescriptions issued and increase the list products that need to be purchased over the counter. Please click on the link for more information.

They will ask you a series of questions, examine your throat and if necessary do a swab test to test for infection. They can then suggest the right medication to ease your symptoms, thus saving you from having to make a doctor's appointment.
