New online consultation service launching on 2 August 2022

We’re pleased to announce that we are launching a new online consultation tool called PATCHS at our GP practice on 02 August 2022. We have selected PATCHS to take the place of eConsult  to improve the experience for our patients.

The new online consultation service offers a secure and flexible way for patients and carers to contact us. it will not replace face to face appointments – it is an addition to routine contact with the surgery. It should not be used for emergencies when you should call 999 or visit A&E.

By registering you will have easy access top a range of services from your computer or smart phone including

  • reporting symptoms to your GP
  • accessing heath advice

It is easy to register – you just need to provide an email address and set up a password,

To request repeat prescriptions please continue to do it through your online access using the blue banner above.
