Online access

New online consultation service launching on 2 August 2022

We're pleased to announce that we are launching a new online consultation tool called Patchs at our GP practice on 02 August 2022. We have selected Patchs to take the place of Econsult  to improve the experience for our patients.

The new online consultation service offers a secure, simple and flexible way for patients and carers to contact their GP practice - it will not replace face to face appointments, it is in addition to routine contact with the surgery. This should not be used for emergencies when you should contact 999 or visit A&E.

By registering you will have easy access to a range of service form your computer or smart phone, including

  • reporting symptoms to your GP
  • booking virtual appointments
  • accessing health advice

To request repeat prescriptions please continue to do it through your online access using the blue banner above.

You can register by clicking on the Patchs text below. All you will need to do is provide and email address and set up a password.

For more information on Patchs you can visit their website.

Our website is a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide as well as a  useful resource for other health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

We are extremely busy at the moment and staff are doing all they can to accommodate patient requests. Please do not raise you voice at or verbally abuse the staff when you either call or visit the surgery.

New Prescribing policy

Following consultation the Hounslow CCG has changed their prescribing policy in order to reduce the number of prescriptions issued and increase the list products that need to be purchased over the counter. Please click on the link for more information.
