Surgery Access

The surgery front door is now open so please enter to speak with reception. We will no longer be using the intercom.

Masks must continue to be worn in all areas.

Prescription request forms are available in the porch on the bookcase. Please complete and place your request in the box provided.

We are extremely busy at the moment and staff are doing all they can to accommodate patient requests. Please do not shout at or verbally abuse the staff when you either call or visit the surgery.

If you are having an issue seeing your Covid passes on the NHS App please call 119 or contact the App Help Team here:

Boosters can now be seen on the App.

Please be aware Surgery staff are unable to offer support for the App.

All appointments are telephone consultations. Following this, if the doctor believes you need to be seen face to face they will arrange this at the end of the phone call.

We are now providing video consultations with the leading online GP provider, Push Doctor. This means that there will be greater availability for our patients to access NHS Gp's via video appointment, with the option to receive prescriptions, sick notes and referrals from the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you.

The Practice remains open for telephone and face to face appoints when required; video appointments are simply an additional, complimentary service for those who would prefer to be seen from home and are usually available much quicker than at the surgery.

Click here to find out more information about how video consultations work. We hope you welcome this expansion and modernisation of our services as openly and enthusiastically as we do.
